* The demo recipient agrees to carry insurance for the Coyote demo server while in their possession, as a COI, or agrees to pay for the demo unit if it becomes lost or stolen in the amount of, but not to exceed, $5,000 USD. Payment would be made in a timely manner of no more than 30 days from the time of loss. Damaged server parts will be billed according to the cost of the part broken. The demo recipient also agrees to send the demo server back after a period not to exceed 1 week after receiving the demo server. Sonoran Video Systems agrees to pay for the shipment to the recipient. The demo recipient then agrees to pay for the return shipping using a major carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Return shipping address is:
