Our refund policy is 7 Days from date of receiving. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must also be in their original packaging. A 3.5% restocking fee will be deducted from each returned item. Credit Card processing fees are non refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will only be for same value and hardware specifications.

We warranty our products from defective and damaged hardware and parts for the period of 12 months from date of purchase. *An Extended warranty for the AJA Kona card is 24 months from date of purchase. All parts and Labor will be covered to replace damaged or defective hardware from original factory design and normal use. Any dusty, dirty or abnormal wear and tear such as excessive vibration, damaged chassis, removed items, custom hardware modifications from the original design will void all warranties.
An RMA will be required for the warranty work. Please email for an RMA number.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping charges going back to Sonoran Video Systems. We will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
